1. Scope of This Policy

This Refund Policy applies to:

  • Digital Products – including paid downloadable files such as logo templates, social media templates, UI kits, certificates, flyers, banners, and more.
  • Custom Design Services – including website design, UI/UX design, branding packages, and other made-to-order graphic or web services.

Each category has specific terms that determine refund eligibility.

2. Refunds for Digital Downloads (Paid Products)

All sales of digital products on Xnetch are final. Due to the nature of digital downloads, we do not offer refunds once the product has been delivered. This applies to all downloadable products, including PSDs, AI files, SVGs, PNGs, PDFs, and other file types.

Once you purchase and access the product, the download is irreversible. Therefore, you forfeit any right to a refund unless the file:

  • Is corrupted or damaged
  • Does not match the product description or preview
  • Cannot be accessed due to an issue on our end

If such an issue occurs, we will attempt to resolve it first by:

  • Replacing or re-sending the file
  • Providing a different format (e.g., PNG instead of AI)
  • Offering technical assistance

If the issue cannot be resolved, a refund may be granted at our sole discretion. This policy aligns with digital commerce norms and is also reflected in our Terms and Conditions.

3. Requesting a Refund for Digital Products

If you believe your case qualifies for a refund, contact our support team within 3 business days of your purchase by emailing:

Please allow 3–5 business days for our team to review and respond. Refunds, if approved, are processed to your original payment method.

4. Free Digital Products

All free digital products offered by Xnetch are provided as-is and are intended for personal use only, unless otherwise specified. Refunds do not apply to free downloads.

If you wish to use a free product for commercial purposes, you must purchase a commercial license if available. Using a free asset commercially without permission violates both this Refund Policy and our Terms and Conditions, and may result in legal action or account suspension.

If you're having trouble accessing or using a free file, we may assist by sending an alternate format or fixing any file issue if possible — but this does not imply eligibility for compensation.

5. Special Cases for Refund Consideration

Refunds may be considered in special circumstances if:

  • You were wrongfully charged multiple times for the same product or service.
  • You never received access to a product and contacted us within 7 days of the transaction.
  • You made a payment but the product was not delivered due to a system error and you can provide evidence.

Refunds in these cases are still subject to verification and eligibility. You may be required to provide supporting documents, including transaction proof, screenshots, and email logs.

6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at support@xnetch.com within 7 days of your purchase or delivery issue. Please include:

  • Your full name
  • Order ID or Transaction ID
  • The email used for purchase
  • Reason for requesting a refund
  • Screenshots or supporting files (if applicable)

Refunds requested outside of this 7-day window will not be entertained. Please allow 7–10 business days for us to investigate and respond to your refund request.

7. Refund Charges and Payment Processor Fees

In cases where a refund is approved, the refund amount may vary depending on the payment partner's terms. Payment gateways (such as Razorpay, Stripe, or PayPal) may charge non-refundable transaction fees, which we cannot recover. In addition to those charges:

  • An additional 5% service processing fee will be deducted from the refundable amount.
  • This is to cover administrative, accounting, and operational overhead related to processing the refund.

The final refund amount will be shared via email before it is processed.

8. Refund Denial Scenarios

We reserve the right to deny a refund in the following situations:

  • You have downloaded or accessed the digital files.
  • You requested customization and received a deliverable.
  • You misused the product after purchase.
  • You provided incorrect or incomplete information at the time of purchase.
  • You purchased the product for speculative, reverse-engineering, or resale purposes.
  • You initiated a chargeback without first contacting us for resolution.
  • You missed important compatibility or software notices on the product page.

9. Chargebacks and Fraudulent Disputes

Filing a chargeback without attempting to contact us violates our refund process and Terms and Conditions. If you initiate a false claim:

  • Access to your account will be revoked.
  • You will be blacklisted from future purchases.
  • Legal action may be pursued for digital fraud and violation of contract.

10. Refund Timeline

Approved refunds typically take 7 to 14 business days to reflect in your bank account, depending on the payment method used. This includes processing time from your bank or credit card provider.

If you haven't received your refund within this period, please:

  • Check your bank or card statement again.
  • Contact your bank or credit card company.
  • If still unresolved, email us with your refund approval notice.
