Xnetch is a creative digital studio based in India, offering professional services in website design, UI/UX design, graphic design, and the sale of downloadable digital products such as logo templates, social media templates, certificates, and more. Some digital files are free, while others are paid. We also offer custom design services which may involve upfront payments, depending on the scope and nature of the project.

2. Eligibility

To use our services or download/purchase our digital products, you must be at least 18 years of age or have the consent of a legal guardian. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when placing orders or making inquiries.

3. Digital Products – Free & Paid

Xnetch provides downloadable digital products, some of which are free, and others that require a one-time payment. All digital downloads are governed by the standard rules applicable to digital file sales globally, including:

• Instant Access: All digital products are delivered via download immediately after purchase. Free files are also available for instant download.
• Non-Refundable: Due to the nature of digital goods, all purchases are final. Refunds will not be issued once a digital product has been downloaded, except in limited circumstances as defined in our Refund Policy.
• Usage License: When you download a product (whether free or paid), you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the file for personal or commercial use as indicated in the product description. Redistribution, resale, or sharing of our digital files without permission is strictly prohibited.
• Commercial License (Free Files): Free downloads are provided strictly for personal use. If you wish to use a free file for commercial purposes (e.g., in a client project or for resale), you must purchase a separate commercial license if available. Details for commercial licensing are provided on each product page or can be discussed with the Xnetch team.

4. Custom Design Services

We offer custom graphic and web design services including but not limited to logo creation, business cards, social media posts, website UI/UX design, and full website development.

• Quotation and Consultation: All custom design projects begin with a consultation where we assess the scope, timeline, and pricing. Once agreed upon, we provide a detailed quote or proposal.
• Upfront Payment: Some projects may require a partial or full upfront payment. Others may be eligible for milestone-based or post-delivery payment, depending on the nature, timeline, and mutual agreement. These terms are decided on a case-by-case basis after a discussion with the client.
• No Refund Policy: Due to the time-intensive and creative nature of custom design services, we do not offer refunds once a project has commenced and the initial concept work has been delivered. Exceptions and rare cases are covered in our Refund Policy.
• Revisions and Delivery: Revisions are limited and will be clearly stated in the project agreement. Final files are delivered in standard industry formats unless otherwise requested.
• Ownership: Upon full payment, clients receive the right to use the delivered designs. Xnetch retains the right to display completed work in portfolios and promotional materials unless explicitly requested otherwise.

5. Payments

Payments for services or digital downloads must be made through the accepted payment methods on the website or via direct communication with Xnetch. We accept secure online payments in multiple currencies. Clients are responsible for all transaction fees, taxes, or charges incurred during the payment process.

• Invoicing: For custom services, official invoices will be provided upon request or automatically where applicable.
• Late Payments: In cases where milestone or final payments are delayed, we reserve the right to pause or terminate ongoing work.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, templates, images, and materials on the Xnetch website are the intellectual property of Xnetch unless otherwise credited. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, publish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute any content from this site without prior written permission.

7. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our products, services, or site for any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts. Additionally, the following uses are strictly prohibited:

• Violating intellectual property rights.

We do our best to ensure our files are virus-free and error-free, but the user assumes responsibility for their use and implementation.
